We had NPCC training on Friday.

Reported to school at 7.15am. Changed into Full U and chased the sec 1s/2s into doing things on time... But we were still late in the end...
Muster Parade. Sir let me, Darren, Tedmond and Renon to hold Drill cane. But halfway through the parade during pledge-taking I did the wrong command... Wah! I messed up BIG TIME!!!
After Muster Parade, me and my partner Derwin were told to take the Sec 2s squad instead of my usual Sec 1s. Although I was disappointed at first, it was compensated with how easy it was to give the sec 2 orders. Not that I hate my sec 1s...
But there were still some sec 2s that were lagging behind the others, so I had to drag them out to teach them slowly.
...
Now let me make myself clear: I DID NOT SCOLD ANYONE!!! The only person I had got angry at in my 16 years of existence is my brother when he went over-board. (And I was just venting 5% of my anger at that time)
But still, one of the sec 2 cadets started crying, and from the point of view of the other cadets (and probably the red cross too), it looked as if I was bullying the cadet!!! In the end, I had to ask Sir to help me calm the cadet down since I cannot handle people emotions well myself...
Later on in the training, we gave the sec 2 cadets a challenge: to stand 5 meters away from the sec 2 squad and give commands. It builds up both confidence and the ability to portray the person's voice. But, as expected, many were not exactly confident in giving their command, and it often came out very soft. Not bad... considering that I freaked out and was not able to say anything during my time in sec 2...
Nothing much interesting later on, and many of the sec 1s were misbehaving again... It may be the only time I am saying this, but I was really glad that Tedmond was there to control their discipline.
I was adviced to be strict... So I have to try harder next time... considering that I am very lenient for a sec 4...

School starts tommorrow... Stress levels are going to go way HIGH this time...!

'till next time!

P.S. I designed this blogskin myself by using a template... Considering how much time and trouble I spent in order to make this, I think I'm going to stick back to pre-designed skins...
