Saturday 26/12/09
Went to Yuan Ching Sec to help Rui Ting in her bookshop part-time job... And only because no one else was free...
Spent most of the time clearing up the temporary stall situated near the entrance for better access for parents and/or new Sec 1s...
Even though, it was only three hours (half-day), I was "seasoned" with my own sweat by the end of the job~
Went home to shower before getting dragged out by my mum for New Year shopping...
Which I reluctantly complied...

Monday 28/12/09
Volunteer work (night)~!
Started have the job of being an editor in the GRC near Lot 1...
Before this, I had to memorise the different types of letter, where to address them to and other essential details~
Not to mention being the occasional typewriter...
Well, now I just need to edit letters, print them out and then get the approval of the MP.
Good thing is, this can help with my CIP points for my JC~
Sadly, this type of work is tedious and tends to end as late as 12 midnight...
*Yawn*

Tuesday 29/12/09
Went out with Eng Hoong and Ying Ying for New Year shopping (even though I already bought mine).
Travelled to JP, then bugis, then back to Bugis...
End Result: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
On my way to my grandma's house (passing the Jurong Canal between Jurong West and Jurong East), noticed a large dumping of waste...
It's still there until now, you know~?
I wonder if it is still going to be there when we get our 'O' levels back...

First thing in the morning:
"MUN TENG~! WAKE UP~! YOUR CLASSMATES ARE COMING OVER~ CLEAN UP THE HOUSE..."
...was my mum's screaming.
Eng Hoong, Ying Ying and Yan Qing came to my house to play Monopoly in the afternoon.
My mum seemed hyped about the fact that my classmates are visiting... Emphasis on the 'MY'...
She even prepared cakes (bought) and chocolate fondue for them... They looked uncomfortable...
Any other comments, get from those three. I've nothing else to say...

Okay... THIS time, Ying Ying, Yan Qing and I (brought along my bro) went to Eng Hoong's house.
It seems that Eng Hoong's father has taken a liking for my bro, considering the fact that he constantly provides my bro with freshly cooked beef and the offer of giving him free tuition...
... which he quickly denied~
Compared to how my parents treated them, I kind of figured out why they were so uncomfortable on the 31st...
Actually, I prefer the home-y feeling compared to being a guest myself...
Most of the time was spent playing 'Cheat'...
...which sadly I never fulfilled the criteria (cheating)...
Surprisingly, I emptied my hands first in the first round...
Lucky~
My bro, on the other hand, is an EXPERT!
I can't say I'm proud...
